Ingredients

  • 120 g whole wheat flour
  • 70 g bran (wheat or oat)
  • 2 tablespoons rice syrup
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder without phosphates
  • pinch of salt
  • 20 grams shredded coconut
  • 40 g raisins
  • 150 grams grated apples
  • 300 g soy yoghurt

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients well and pour the dough into muffin cups (3/4 of muffin cup).
  2. In a preheated oven, bake for about 30 minutes at 180°C.
