Ingredients (small tray/cake form)

  • 150 g almonds
  • 25 ml water

Coconut layer:

  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon agar spoon (not heaped)
  • 100-200 ml rice syrup (to taste)
  • pinch of salt

Blackberry layer:

  • 500 g blackberries
  • 50 ml water
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon agar (not heaped)
  • pinch of salt


  1. Let the coconut milk cook with agar, syrup and a pinch of salt.
  2. Boil a minute and turn it off.
  3. Put baking paper in the cake form.
  4. Mix the almonds almost into flour, then mix the dates with water into a paste. If we have a powerful blender, we can mix the dates and almonds at once and add flour at the end.
  5. The dough, which is created after the combination of dates and almonds with water, we turn into a corpus, which we pack into a cake form.
  6. Pour the coconut layer on the base and let cool to solidify.
  7. To prepare the fruit layer, bring water to the boil with a pinch of salt and agar.
  8. Cook for a minute and add a larger portion of blackberries to the pan.
  9. Heat and mix.
  10. When the coconut layer is sufficiently stiff, pour carefully blackberry.
  11. Decorate the top with fresh blackberries that we did not mix.
  12. Let the ice set for a few hours to allow the cake to be sliced ​​well.
