100-120g raisins (if you use sweet apples, you can use less raisins)
2 tablespoons agar agar powder
a pinch of salt
a pinch of cinnamon
1-2 cloves (not required)
Rinse the raisins and bring to boil in a pot.
Add apples cut into cubes and cloves.
Pour 0,5 l water and add a pinch of salt. C
ook 20 minutes.
When fruit and raisins are done, take out cloves and mix with the mixer into smooth.
Add the agar agar and mix it again.
Put the pot again on the stove and bring to boil.
Then immediately turn off and pour into bowls.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
Store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Fruit is not needed to peel, thanks to cooking and mixing, the skin is completely lost, and so you preserve many important minerals.
Refreshing agar dessert can also be used as one of the layers of the cup. At the bottom of the cup you can put puffed rice crisps, agar agar layer and decorate with fresh fruit. Another variant: at the bottom put a cream of mixed cooked rice with sweetener and almond butter and pour agar agar layer.
You can replace apples with any other fruit – for example apricots, blums, plums, blueberries, strawberries, apples or pears. Excellent is also the combination of more fruits, so interesting flavors are created.
