Ingredients (15 pieces)

  • 2 cups oatmeal flakes
  • 2 tablespoons ground sunflower seeds
  • 4 tablespoons ground flax seeds
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon oil
  • 2-4 teaspoon barley malt
  • 1,5 cups oat milk

Directions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients.
  2. Mix the wet ingredients.
  3. Mix together.
  4. Let it rest for 15 minutes to thicken.
  5. Use a tablespoon to make cookies and bake at 190° C for about 25 minutes.

Practical info

Wash and dry well (you can toast them in the oven/pan) the seeds before grinding.
