Ingredients (8 bowls)

  • 3 peaches
  • 2 apples (not required)
  • a handful of raisins
  • 0,5 l oat milk (or other plant milk)
  • 0,5 l water
  • A pinch of salt
  • 8-10 tablespoons of corn starch (you can also add a spoon of agar)
  • almonds and ingredients for topping


  1. Wash the fruit and put it into a pot.
  2. Pour in 0,5 l of water.
  3. Rinse raisins and add into the pot with pinch of salt.
  4. Bring to a boil and simmer about 20 minutes.
  5. When the apples are cooked, mix the contents of the pot with a mixer.
  6. Dilute 8 tablespoons of corn starch with the cold oat milk (if necessary, stir the dried milk with a little hot water and dilute it cold).
  7. Pour a mixture of the milk and corn starch into the pot with fruit and cook for about 7 minutes while stirring.
  8. Put the pudding in the bowls, chill and then pour it with carob topping and sprinkle with almonds.
  9. Store in the fridge and consume until 2 days.

Practical info

  • If you find the pudding too runny, dilute the spoonful of starch in a small amount of cold water and add it to the pot and cook again. You can also add a tablespoon of agar agar if you want to have a pudding really stiff. In the opposite case, dilute the pudding with water.
  • To make the pudding more sweet add more apples and raisins. If you want your pudding more sour, use only peaches or with raisins.


  • You can make pudding only from apples or combine the various fruits.
