Ingredients (18 ice lollies)

  • 4 big edelberry flowers
  • 0,5 litre water
  • 1 cup barley malt (or gluten-free syrup for celiacs)
  • 1/2 lemon


  • Combinate all ingredients.
  • Pour it into moulds and freeze.


  • It is not recommended to anyone to consume ice-cold food, let alone little children. Give your child the agar type of ice cream unless they strongly refuse to eat it. Even so, let the ice cream stand in room termperature for a few moments before giving it to children. And teach them to warm up each bite in their mouth before swallowing it.
